My client, an excellent and reputable private practice Law firm are currently recruiting for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive / CLC to join their offices in Milton Keynes.
The Role:
As the successful Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of Residential Property files from inception to completion. You will have a support team and the use of modern software to make the role as efficient as possible. The caseload will include acting for:
- Sales and Purchase of Freehold and Leasehold properties
- Re-mortgages
- Help to Buy
- Transfer of Equity
- Shared ownership
Requirements:
The suitable Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive / CLC will be able to demonstrate a solid level of experience in Residential Property and have excellent inter-personal skills. You must be qualified and have 5 years PQE / relevant experience.
It is important that you can build good client rapport, take part in regular business development duties and be a team player.
