Legal Director

An award winning, global firm is seeking a legal director to join their expanding team that consists of the most experienced and chartered quality surveyors.

The ideal candidate will be one of following: conveyancing executive, licensed conveyancer, chartered legal executive or solicitor with at least 7 years PQE. The successful candidate will have a high degree of client contact and business development activity.

Your role will require you to:

• Assisting the head of residential conveyancing
• Supervising a team of residential conveyancers
• Liaising with individuals involved in transactions including lenders and agents
• Handling enquiries and queries efficiently
• Initiating and participating in development opportunities
• Dealing with clients in a professional manner
• Building good relationships with new and existing clients
