An exciting and rare opportunity for a recently qualified to mid-level Solicitor with a solid grounding in Commercial Property transactions behind them, to establish an excellent future career within a leading multi-office firm.

This is an outstanding firm with a very high profile in Commercial Property matters; a modern thinking and pro-active firm where progression prospects are real and staff retention is high, so the role would suit an ambitious candidate.

The team deal with the complete range of commercial property transactions (acquisitions, leases and disposals, property development related transactions and secured lending) for owners, occupiers, SME's, PLC's, commercial lenders, pension schemes and developers.

The role will involve managing a varied caseload of transactions, but scope to specialise in a particular specialist area will not be discouraged. The successful candidate will have appropriate experience of working in a commercial property department as well as having a keen interest to be involved with related business development and client relationship management.

Ideal candidates will be technically strong with an eye for detail, be a good communicator and possess excellent client care skills. You will be naturally self-motivated, enthusiastic and have a positive attitude towards challenges and change as well as embracing the culture of team working and supporting team members and colleagues.
