Employment Solicitor

The employment team is highly rated in the Legal 500 and Chambers, and is well regarded nationally. They can boast of an impressive client list of SMEs, PLCs, local authorities, not-for-profits and charities, as well as high level executives. To support further growth there is now an opening for a 2 + PQE Solicitor in the employment team to be based in their office in the heart of Chester.

Reporting to an excellent Senior Associate, you will have responsibility for a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters with some supervision. Some experience of advocacy would also be valued, but isn't essential to being hired.

This firm is looking to recruit an employment solicitor who has a solid academic record and training/ PQE from a similarly highly rated team. Commercial agility, diplomacy skills and sound judgement will need to be demonstrated at interview.
