Your clients will include local authorities, developers, energy providers and government agencies. You will advise on all the issues involved in bringing sites forward for regeneration and sustainable development including negotiating planning agreements, highways and compulsory purchase advice, planning appeals, listed building and conservation area applications, contaminated land and the defence of town green applications.

Ideally you will have previous experience during training of planning law and compulsory purchase work along with a strong academic record.
