Regional law firm with an excellent reputation and multiple offices across the region is seeking to recruit within their company commercial team.
This role will involve working directly with a regarded partner and deal with a diverse caseload of work relating to various forms of agreements, terms of business, company set-ups, shareholder matters and company matters work across a range of sectors.
The firm has an excellent reputation within company & commercial law and this role offers the chance for an experienced Solicitor with a minimum of 5PQE and proven technical ability to join the team and play a part within it's continued success through business development and marketing.
