Description
A fantastic opportunity for an Personal Injury Fee Earner to join this well-established Specialist Insurance Litigation Practice and to progress your career. You will have demonstrable litigation experience in handling third party personal injury claims; a history of handling defendant claims is desirable.
Our motor unit handles claims for Insurer and Corporate clients. This is a fabulous opportunity to work closely with Insurers, their Insureds and Corporate Clients providing not only technical advice but also looking further into risk management for the client, providing an outstanding service which makes a difference to our client's business.
Profile
You will be a Personal Injury Fee Earner who has dealt with their own caseload of claims in previous roles. Defendant experience is desirable and you will have sound knowledge of RTA motor claims. Solicitors, Legal Executives or Paralegals who can run their own caseload will be considered.
