This is a rare role for a Contracts lawyer to join a leading international legal firm in their Newcastle upon Tyne office and work as part of a dedicated In-house commercial team dealing with contracts.

Description
The Contracts lawyer will work as part of a small team who are responsible for reviewing, negotiating and drafting the firms contracts. This includes dealing with the firms suppliers and clients. Many of the contracts are global contracts. Reporting into the Head of Legal the lawyer will deal with framework agreements, terms of business, engagement letters and work closely with the procurement team.
Profile
You will be a Contracts lawyer / Commercial lawyer who has a solid background drafting commercial contracts. This role would suit a junior to mid level lawyer and the client will consider those from a private practice or In-house background.
