Helpdesk Support Analyst (12pm -8pm)
Our client, a very slick and highly regarded US law firm, is keen to secure the services of an Helpdesk Support Analyst. Initially, your duties will include general day to day 1st and 2nd line support and desk side assistance with laptop/PC issues but you will be Reporting to the IT & Training Manager, you will be part of the existing IT team that support the IT requirements of lawyers, secretaries and business service staff on any aspect of IT globally.
This role would suit someone who is comfortable working in a busy corporate environment with a strong customer service focus, a flexible can do attitude along with the desire and ability to learn quickly.
Some of the software used by the firm includes;
Knowledge of as many of the following products as possible: excellent MS Office 2016, iManage DeskSite, Intapp (time recording), Visio, ChangePro, Adobe Acrobat, Intune, Internet Explorer, iOS Remote Access (including VPN, Citrix, RSA).
Previous Helpdesk 1st/2nd line support with excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
Audio/Video conferencing experience.
Previous experience of supporting MS Office, preferably within a legal environment
