Established over 50 years ago our client is a growing 3 Partner high street law firm. The firm is based in Reading and is well known in the area for providing quality legal advice to both commercial and private clients throughout the region.
The Care department within the firm is thriving, with a wealth of work being generated by the firm and its existing clients. As part of their succession planning, they are looking to appoint a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the buoyant team of 3 other fee earners.
The public law team deals with all aspects of family law that involve social services - care proceedings, adoption, special guardianship, and child abduction.
This is a client facing role and the ideal candidate will has experience as a Legal Aid Supervisor representing parents.
It would be an advantage if you have prior experience as a Legal aid supervisor and/or Child Panel membership.
