This is a truly unique and quite rare opportunity to join one of the UK's fastest growing award-winning Personal Injury Insurance practices at a senior level as their Defendant Large Loss Team Leader.
The firm has offices across the North West, Yorkshire & the South, and has rapidly grown in size over the last few years – not only their head count but also their insurance client base. They deal with all Personal Injury work on behalf of some of the best-known insurers in the country, focusing on Personal Injury, Multi-Track and Serious Injury/Catastrophic Injury work.
As a Defendant Large Loss Team Leader/Solicitor, your new role will be to oversee the defendant large loss and catastrophic injury offering across the board with ultimate responsibility for the operation of the entire team. You will manage the entirety of the defendant large loss and catastrophic team, responsible for strategy, policies, procedures and the adherence to targets amongst many other duties. In short, maximising the performance of the entire department.
Your experience will be extensive, and you will have a proven track record as a manager of a defendant insurance department. You will be able to demonstrate previous success running a large team and have maximised profits whilst ensuring that the conduct of work is being done efficiently and to a high standard.
Salary and extensive benefits will be commensurate with experience and expertise.
