The Role:

The firm is looking for an ambitious Corporate Commercial Associate to join their respected Corporate and Commercial teams.

You will join a high performing Corporate Commercial team as they continue to attract exciting, high-profile work. The team undertakes a broad range of matters, including agency agreements, technology transfers, franchise agreements, Joint Venture agreements, restructures, venture capital, and mergers & acquisitions. The variety and complexity of work will make for an interesting and rewarding caseload.

Requirements:

• You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE
• The ability to manage a caseload of high calibre work and clients
• You will be commercially minded and have a flair for business development
• Comfortable working independently whilst assisting Partners on complex matters
