Court of Protection Solicitor- retrain

We are working with a regional firm on a Court of Protection role in Liverpool. They are looking to retrain a PI Solicitor.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor/Fee Earner who is keen to take on a role offering career development in a well supported environment and retrain into this area of law.

The Role:
* Court of Protection Solicitor
* All aspects of Professional Deputyship matters from application to dealing with the administration of the Deputyship, including client visits
* Preparing and submitting lay deputyship applications to the Court of Protection
* Providing advice regarding Deputyship to union clients via the free legal advice service
* Procurement and management of assets
* Good working hours in a friendly office

Ideally you will be a PI solicitor who has dealt with capacity issues as part of your PI caseload.
