Construction Paralegal

Fantastic UK law firm is looking to recruit a new Paralegal to sit within their Construction team on an initial 3 month fixed term contract, predominantly assisting on non-contentious construction matters.  Responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating on a wide range of construction documents, undertaking research on a range of legal issues, contributing with pitches and assisting with general BD matters for the department, supporting the team on contentious matters as and when required and any other duties that may arise over the course of the assignment. 

A big part of this role will be dealing and reviewing multiple documents and using DocuSign to do so. Applicants should ideally have experience of working within a busy Construction/Real Estate/Development team previously and be able to take responsibility of their own workload. 

Candidates should be highly motivated, possess strong organisation skills and be able to work independently when needed.  Standard hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm, however a flexible attitude is required. This role is paying a salary from £25,000-£30,000
