My client is largely recognised and praised for the excellent service they provide to their extensive range of clients across the Thames Valley, West London and the western Home Counties.
This innovative and dynamic firm are now looking for a NQ-2PQE Construction Solicitor to join their office in West London on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be dealing with a mixed caseload of construction matters, primarily contentious work.
The key duties of the role will include:
- Working closely with the partners to ensure the continued success of the team
- Developing and maintaining client relationships, and providing them with excellent client care
- Reviewing a variety of construction documents including assisting with the conduct of adjudications, and court-based disputes Liaising with investment teams and external property lawyers with regards to homes and commercial and industrial units
- Dealing with non-contentious construction work including the drafting and negotiation of professional appointments, warranties, letters of reliance, and novation agreements
