International law firm, based in the north of England, are looking to expand their in-house team with the hire of a Data Protection Lawyer.
Client Details
The client are a top international law firm, with over 20 offices globally.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Support the procurement team with drafting and reviewing data privacy aspects of contractual terms
- Assist with DPIAs
- Update the firm's policies and procedures
- Advise and assist the DP Manager and DP Specialist on data protection issues and data subject rights
- Provide support on international data transfer strategies
Profile
Key Skills:
- Solid Data Protection background, gained preferably at a law firm
- Solid In-house background
- Good academics
- Excellent document drafting skills
