12month FTC Residential Property Paralegal

LAW Absolute is working with a top 50 law firm who are looking for a Residential Property Paralegal to join them on a 12-month FTC.

You will be providing support and assistance to partners and associates within the team as well as having the opportunity to manage a small caseload.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Liaising with clients,
• Maintaining precedent letters,
• Conducting legal research,
• Drafting and proof-reading documents,
• Monitoring client account monies for exchange and completion.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of a 2.1 at degree level and ideally have completed the LPC. It is essential you have gained a year’s experience within Residential Property/Developments.
