RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR - RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER- An exciting opportunity in Residential Conveyancing with a highly reputable legal 500 law firm - Home working
A fantastic, multi office firm situated in the midlands are looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their busy residential property department. Successful candidates will have solid Residential Property experience. You will also be ambitious and keen to progress within your role.
About the Role
As an Associate you will be managing more complex cases proactively with minimal supervision. You will work closely with your colleagues to progress a range of Residential Conveyancing transactions from start to end, and you will be expected to complete the checking aspects of files. You will undertake specialist or technical research and analysis, support compliance, third party relationships and demonstrate effective delegation of procedural, clerical, and administrative tasks as appropriate. Whilst no employee management is required, you will be expected to demonstrate good leadership and assist others in the team with more complex work on matters.
About you
In order to be successful, you must be qualified in the area of practice (either as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or as a Licenced Conveyancer). To be able to demonstrate the technical competencies required at Associate level, it is likely that you will have at least 2 years post qualification experience. You must have a robust knowledge of the legal services industry along with experience of case management and managing a portfolio of conveyancing work. You will be accountable for organising your own workload and make independent decisions relating to the area of your responsibility. You must be able to communicate effectively on every level; you are on the front line of customer communications and must set the example to other staff in the delivery of exceptional customer service. To be successful in this role you must be able to work independently and be self-motivated, but also work well in a team in order for practice area goals to be met. You must be able to build strong working relationships both internally and externally.
