Corporate Commercial Solicitor, Central London, 2-5 Years PQE - A unique opportunity to join a leading City firm handling a mixed bag of corporate and commercial work. 

OVERVIEW:
• An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join this reputable team.
• The work often involves advising entrepreneurs and high-net worth individuals on their business interests with the team advising in relation to corporate transactions, banking, financing, commercial contracts and all aspects of running/ growing a business in the UK.
• The client base includes start-ups in technology, media, real estate, sport and engineering.
• The work will involve assisting with large-scale corporate and banking transactions as well as running your own smaller-scale transactions.
• You will be expected to negotiate all aspects of corporate and banking transactions & drafting the relevant documentation, drafting a wide variety of commercial agreements, taking the lead on verification, due diligence work and other legal processes, company secretarial work (where required) and attending meetings/ carrying out legal research.
• Applications are sought from Corporate Commercial Solicitor with between 2-5 Years PQE
• Excellent academics and technical ability are pre-requisites for this exciting position.
