Construction Paralegal

LAW Absolute is working with a top 100 law firm who are looking for a Construction paralegal to join them on a 3-6month FTC.

You will be supporting partners and associates on a variety of matters.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Drafting and negotiating construction documents,
• Acting on behalf of a wide range of clients,
• Advising clients of letters of intent, pre-construction services agreements.

You will further be providing advice throughout the contraction process to assist clients in resolving issues before they become litigious.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of a 2.1 at degree level and ideally have completed the LPC.

It is essential you have gained experience working within a Construction department in a similar setting, ideally working on non-contentious matters. It is highly desirable if you have gained experience in negotiating construction documents.
