This is a fantastic opportunity to work within an industry-leading Personal Injury specialist insurance practice. You will be working out of modern commercial offices in Liverpool within the firm’s dedicated complex RTA Litigation department.
The claimant RTA team has gone from strength to strength, and with new contract wins from insurance companies across the UK they have had an influx of complex litigated (and some technically complex pre-litigated) RTA claims. They are now looking to develop this team further with the hire of an experienced and technically strong RTA Litigation Executive to focus on dealing with complex and higher value claims.
You will run a caseload of your own through to settlement or trial as necessary. You will have full support from junior team members, alongside support and advice throughout from the senior litigation team and head of department.
The firm as a whole has rapidly grown in size over the last several years and there exist realistic opportunities for progression as part of this organically expanding Personal Injury department.
You will be rewarded with a competitive salary, in line with previous experience, up to a very competitive £35,000 along with full, extensive benefits!
