This firm's Competition team successfully represents clients involved in some of the most challenging Competition cases around the world.

The practice focus includes Merger control, Cartels Abuse of dominance, Compliance, Commercial agreements, Competition litigation, Foreign investment, State aid/subsidy control and Public procurement.

The team is part of the firm's substantial European and global practice and is currently involved in complex behavioural investigations, multi-jurisdictional merger control, litigation and other matters and works closely with contentious and non-contentious practices of the wider firm in London and worldwide.
