Private Client 1-2 Year PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive

Hodge Jones & Allen Solicitors are looking to recruit a full-time 1-2 Year PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive for our Private Client Team.

The successful candidate will have experience of private client work, specifically drafting wills and LPAs, applying for probate and administering estates. Experience of working on trusts and Court of Protection cases will be an advantage.

You will be expected to run your own caseload of wills and probate cases, and assist the Court of Protection team with their professional deputyship work.

You will need to have good administrative and literacy skills. You will be very methodical, have good time management skills and be able to work on your own initiative.

You will be part of a busy team, which will involve you dealing with people at all levels, therefore excellent communications skills are essential.

You will be expected to take part in marketing activities to promote the profile of the team.

Good computer skills, as well as excellent attention to detail are essential, as well as being able to work to tight deadlines.
