Real Estate Finance Lawyer

We are working with a leading international law firm who are looking to add an experienced Real Estate Finance lawyer to their practice in Manchester and given the complexity of the work would suit a lawyer with 2 to 5 years' PQE within Real Estate Finance.

The practice works with lenders, developers, borrowers, sponsors, hedge counterparties and others on a wide range of investment and development transactions.

The underlying assets may include commercial and/or residential real estate, ground rent investments, hotels, healthcare assets, theatres, logistics portfolios, shopping centres, house building or supermarket developments.

This is an opportunity to become part of this growing practice and fast developing team.
You will work with high profile clients and have plenty of client contact and develop close links with them.

You will be kind of person who enjoys developing successful new relationships, so good interpersonal and consultancy skills are also essential.

In return you will work with some of the leading lawyers in the field, liaise with colleagues within real estate, construction and tax teams and use your drafting and negotiating skills to create real estate finance solutions that will delight your clients.
