Contracts Manager - Pharma (remote working)

International business in the pharmaceutical/clinical trials sector looking for a Contracts Manager, initially on a three month contract. The view is to make this permanent position later in the year and also the opportunity to head up the contracts team further down the line.

A fast-paced and varied role will include:

• Assisting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements with clients including master services agreement, data processing agreements, letters of indemnification, work orders, supplier agreements for a variety of vendors which include nursing agencies, procurement, equipment, logistics
• Working with the business to optimise the contract lifecycle management process
• Supervising and mentoring two junior team members
• Contribution to risk management and revenue considerations in the contract negotiation process
• Providing training to new and existing employees on contractual issues

The postholder will be an individual with extensive experience of drafting and reviewing contracts in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector. Any previous work relating to clinical trials will be particularly helpful. There is no requirement to be a qualified lawyer as long as you have the relevant experience.

The company's offices are in Berkshire but they can facilitate remote working arrangements.
