The Role
The firm are looking to hire a Private Client Solicitor into their Birmingham office.
The department deals with a high-quality of work, they often punch above their weight and deal with transactions that on the other side of the deal are top city practices. You will work as part of a supportive, dynamic, forward-thinking and innovative team.
The caseload will include, but not be limited to; Wills, probates, estates, trusts, tax advice and LPA's. Experience of dealing with business trusts to support cross option arrangements would be desirable, but not essential.
This role comes with good prospects and career development. You will also be working alongside one of the region's most approachable, and experienced partners. The firm are committed to an ongoing work from home policy.
Requirements
- You will be a Private Client Solicitor with at least 3-6 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
- You will have good commercial awareness and strong drafting skills
- A meticulous eye for detail is essential
