Locum Corporate Solicitor, Remote/London, 3+PQE - Highly reputable firm are currently looking for a successful Locum Corporate Solicitor to join their Corporate team whilst they recruit permanently.

PQE: 3+
HOURLY RATE: £45 - £55 Inside IR35

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:
Due to consistent number of new instructions within the corporate team, this top 100 thriving firm have identified the need for a Corporate Locum to join the team commencing at short notice whilst they recruit permanently. You will be working closely with the Head of Department and deal with a broad mix of interesting work to include corporate transactions including partnership structures and agreements, mergers, demergers & acquisitions, corporate support, distribution and collaboration agreements, restructuring and general commercial contracts.
The successful Corporate Solicitor Locum will have experience dealing with a wide range of corporate transactions and be able to hit the ground running with your own caseload of files. You will be highly motivated, commercially motivated and be a well organised individual who strives to provide an excellent level of service. This role requires an ASAP start and you are expected to join the team for at least 3 months.
