Fantastic new role for an experienced conveyancer to join this regional law firm. Located centrally in Lancashire this office is easily located by motorway and has local on site parking.
This role will see you servicing clients and working as part of a wider team that is well established and spread out across the North West. Whilst the department and office is established this role does have the potential to develop as the team grows in size and develops. You will predominantly be dealing with instructions and clients from the local area.
You will be expected to manage your own files from inception to completion however there will be assistance provided by a paralegal and secretary, so previous experience of dealing with transactions from start to finish will be essential for this role. You will ideally need to have a minimum of 2 years' experience of handling your own caseload to be considered for this position.
