INSOLVENCY SOLICITOR 2+ PQE – UP TO £60,000 (DOE) – WEST YORKSHIRE – TOP 100 FIRM - JOB REF:4565

This nationally based team covers all aspects of insolvency and recoveries work, advising major businesses, SMEs, the public sector, regulators and individuals. The appointed Insolvency Solicitor will take a key role in the team, managing their own caseload of matters, as well as working as part of a larger team on more complex, in-depth instructions. It is expected that the successful solicitor will have at least 2 years’ PQE in insolvency law, ideally comfortable dealing with both non-contentious work and disputes. More senior Solicitors will have the opportunity to take on supervisory roles, supporting junior colleagues as they build on their skills, whilst managing your own client base and working towards a partnership position.
