The Role

This Top 50 firm are looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join them in their Legal 500 ranked and Chambers ranked department within their Manchester office.

You will join an award-winning property team who are recognised for the quality level of work they deal with.

The firm very follow a quality over quantity approach, giving each of their team members a manageable caseload to ensure high levels of client contact and service.

The department deals with a variety of matters which include leasehold / leasehold matters, new builds, shared ownerships, help to buy and much more.

You will deal with a broad caseload, the variety of which ensure future progression at the firm.

Requirements

• You will be a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Fee Earner with at least 3 years PQE+ (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE and I would encourage even the most experienced of candidates to apply)
• You should have had good client facing experience
• You should have good technical knowledge
• The ability to confidentially manage your own caseload of high calibre work and clients
