Property Finance Solicitor/Fee Earner (retrain)

A rare opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to retrain into Property Finance at a boutique firm in South Manchester.

Our client has an excellent reputation for acting for lenders including within the bridging finance world. They are now seeking an ambitious new recruit to join their team. You will start off in specialising in buy to let work, both dial representation and on behalf of lenders solely. You will then transition into more property finance work on behalf of the firms bridging finance lender clients.

The role will suit a conveyancer who is able to run their own caseload in buy to let matters as a minimum and who has a genuine interest in property finance work. Experience of acting for borrowers in residential transactions who are purchasing through bridging finance would be an advantage.
