A leading multi-disciplinary legal practice with several offices across the North of England are seeking a Property Paralegal to join their team at the Preston office. This is an excellent opportunity for an LPC Graduate wanting a solid career within Commercial Property/ Property law to join a firm offering a genuine long term career path and progression opportunities.
The team already has a solid foundation and reputation with support from Partners and Solicitors as well as support staff. The team deal with an excellent quality of work and are kept busy with a fantastic client base.
The Role:
- You will be working on a case load of Property matters with the support and assistance of a team of experienced Property Solicitors. Property matters dealt with include Commercial Property, secured lending and SME's, retail, landlord and corporate matters as well as development, acquisitions and plot sales.

The Ideal Candidate:
- You will have strong academics and will have completed the LPC with an elective in Property law.
- You will need to show a genuine interest within Property law and a genuine intention to pursue this area as a career.

Salary and Benefits:
- Salary is in the region of 16,000 - 17,000 depending on experience together with excellent benefits.
- The opportunity to progress to Solicitor level with a genuine progression path throughout the firm

- Genuine flexibility with a hybrid model of home working and office working, most likely 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
