NQ Corporate Solicitor

This is an opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious NQ Corporate Solicitor, you will be a crucial appointment into this highly respected boutique firm in NW London, who are in an exciting growth stage at the moment.

The work will include acquisitions of pharmaceutical companies & dental practices, restructuring, commercial agreements, advising on equity participation, warranties and disclosures, joint ventures, acting for Administrators/Liquidators and buyers.

You will be expected to have:

-Hit the ground running with a Corporate caseload
-You should have healthcare experience and in particular buying and selling pharmacies and/or dental practices
-Have an excellent training seat in corporate law
