The Role:
The Corporate team is one of the largest and most respected in the North, well-known for its pioneering solutions and expertise.
You will gain exposure to a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers & acquisitions, Private Equity, ECM, and restructures.
Joining as a Senior Associate, you will have oversight for a small team of junior lawyers and will be involved in business development initiatives that will grow your own profile and that of the firms. This will enable you to develop the leadership and commercial awareness required to climb the ladder to Partnership.
You will have a clearly defined progression path that is a road walked by many of the existing partnership team, receive a highly competitive remuneration package, and have an excellent work/life balance.
Requirements:
- You will be a Corporate Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE
- Ideally, you will be coming from a reputable national or international law firm and will have a thorough understanding of the needs of a high calibre client base
- You will be keen to get involved with business development and grow your profile
- Comfortable mentoring and supervising junior team members and delegating work
