The Role
The firm are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer NQ-2 years into their flourishing Westminster office.
You will trade under a trusted name that has deep roots in the local community. You will have the autonomy to make the role your own, there is lots of work and you will go into a busy and interesting caseload.
You will work with many high-end estate agents and have a real variety of work making the role even more attractive. Your caseload will include sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
Requirements
- You will be a Residential Conveyancer NQ-2 years PQE
- A strong technical knowledge is essential
- Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your background, plus a lucrative bonus structure
