Residential Property Solicitor

One of Londons biggest 'niche' property/conveyancing law firms are seeking an established Residential Property Solicitor (4 PQE) to join their growing office. 

Duties of the role include:

• Off plan new build purchases of residential property
• Purchase/sale of existing residential property
• Mortgage or re-mortgage of existing property
• Block purchases of new build property
• Transfer or equity/transfer of property
• Assistance in drafting and agreeing Joint Venture Property Agreements

The firm work with some of the biggest real estate agents in Central London, as well as receiving 75% of instructions from Chinese based purchases, meaning that there are opportunities to travel in order to meet and liaise with clients.

The right candidate will ideally have experience of leasehold/freehold and HTB. In addition to new build work and acting for offshore lenders, although training will be provided if some of these requirements aren't met.
