The Role:

You will be an ambitious, commercially driven Senior Associate looking to progress your career in a respected, Legal 500 ranked Commercial team.

Working closely alongside renowned Partners, you will gain exposure to a broad range of commercial matters, focusing on IP & Tech. You will have a genuinely varied caseload acting for exciting companies that range from high growth startups to multinational PLCs.

As a Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the team's development through mentoring and supervising junior team members and partaking in business development to increase the firm's profile. This will allow you to build your profile and reputation in the market whilst developing the commercial awareness and leadership skills required at Partner level.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE
• Experience across all aspects of Commercial Law
• Ideally, you will have experience in IT and data protection
• Comfortable building relationships with clients and colleagues
