The role

This top-ranking and award-winning firm are seeking a Corporate Associate to join their Guildford, Surrey office.

The Guildford department deals with an extremely high quality of work.

The Corporate team is highly ranked in the L500 and they boast several L500 recommended individuals, including rising stars and heavy hitting partners.

The caseload will include but not be limited to; M&A work, shareholder agreements, private equity and much more.

You will be joining a wider team of 15+ fee-earners based across the offices.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Associate with at least NQ-4 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You will be meticulous when it comes to detail
• You should have first-class communication skills
• The ability to build credible client relationships is essential
