THE ROLE

For a senior commercial/technology lawyer to join a team which advises on a full range of commercial arrangements.

Key practice areas include:

Commercial trading, terms of supply and purchase, IT software licences and SAAS agreements, IT system integrations, franchising, concessions, managed services and outsourcing, partnership and joint venture agreements, introducer agreements, consultancy and marketing agreements, international trade, consumer protection, privacy, data protection and information management

You will work with the Technology & Innovation sector team which advises tech-focused businesses, inter alia, to realise the potential of new technologies, developing ideas and making them into a commercial success.

ABOUT YOU

An enthusiastic and ambitious commercial lawyer 5pqe+ you will be looking to take an active role in the Technology and Innovation sector group, within an existing client base.

The role offers real career progression and the chance to grow a London and national practice, building on the firm's already strong reputation and using existing legal services programmes to add new business such as its incubation programme providing for entrepreneurs and early-stage businesses.

The role can be London or flexibly based and offers remote working to suit.
