THE ROLE:
This firm’s busy property team enjoy a steady stream of quality work from a broad range of clients all over the UK to include a number of major PLCs. This role will see the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor handle their own mixed and busy caseload of Commercial Property matters to include landlord and tenant, general property estate management work, refinancing work and agricultural property. THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from experienced Commercial Property Solicitors who have at least 3 years’ experience handling their own caseload of Commercial Property matters.
