Legal Counsel

Based in Bristol my client is an organisation that has experienced exceptional growth over the last 10 years. A leader in their field with a vibrant, fun culture the company now seeks to add to their established in-house legal team

Reporting into the Head of Legal the role is predominantly focused on, but not limited to, Commercial contracts (Customer, Supplier and Third Party) and Non-Disclosure Agreements.

Whilst you will be supported in this role we are keen to identify candidates that have the desire to develop their skill set to be able to work independently therefore you will also need to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships.

A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1 years PQE (we will also consider NQ's as well as more experienced candidates) currently working in-house or private practice, you will have a proven track record in commercial contract law. Your commercial mind-set will be as notable as your ability to engage with a business and provide pragmatic, cost-effective legal advice.

An outstanding communicator, with the skills and gravitas to build effective relationships and gain credibility across the business, the role would suit an individual who wishes to develop a career in-house
