Are you a Corporate Tax Solicitor looking for the opportunity to work in a national law firm?

The Role

• You will be advising entrepreneurs and businesses on a wide range of corporate tax issues.
• Matters include: corporate transactions, reorganisations, investments, finance arrangements, and real estate matters.

The candidate

• 2-5 PQE Corporate Tax Solicitor. Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
• Exposure of working at a City / national law firm.
• Strong academics.

As part of a close-knit team, you can expect a lot of direct client contact and the opportunity to gain broad exposure to a wide range of transactions.
