The Role

The firm are looking to hire an ambitious Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their growing team based in Southampton, Hampshire

Dispute Resolution is at the core of this practice and their Commercial Litigation offering is leading in the South-East. In this role you will be working on a mixed caseload which includes: -

• Shareholder disputes
• Contentious contracts
• Breach of trusts
• Professional negligence

This role is designed for a junior solicitor to learn and develop their skillset with a view of progressing.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor and you will be NQ-2 years PQE
• You will be ambitious and highly motivated by the work that you do
• Salary is leading for the area, although based on experience
• You will be NQ-2 years PPQE
