Clinical Negligence Claimant Solicitor
Hybrid Home/Office Role
North & East Yorkshire
Our client is a mid-sized firm in Yorkshire who are looking for a junior - mid level Solicitor with a background in quality clinical negligence work to join their highly regarded compensation team.
The firm are looking to expand the team and are particularly interested in speaking to Solicitors from around 8 yrs + PQE who are Grade A fee earners. The team deal with complex high value claimant clinical negligence matters as well as complex claimant EL/PL cases including serious injury matters. They are recognised in both the Legal 500 and Chambers Guide as experts in the area.
The right candidate should have experience of working in a non-volume environment, dealing with good quality work where the focus isn't simply about dealing with a large number of cases but rather client care and providing an excellent service in what can be difficult circumstances.
This role can be a hybrid one with the opportunity to work both in the office and remotely if desired with the firm happy to discuss the candidate’s preference with them during interview.
Salary is competitive and dependent on experience and the firm is non-stuffy, relaxed but also professional.
