The Role:

Seeking a Corporate Associate (1+ PQE) this firm is looking to help you progress in your career and offers an opportunity to work with an award-winning team.

The corporate team at the firm is the largest specialist team of corporate lawyers in the South East, and undertake a range of work, including M&A, Private equity and corporate governance, is aided by their brilliant support team. Teamwork underpins the values on which this department works. All of the fee earners in this team work in a colligate and cohesive way.

The Tier 1 Corporate team has been characterised as 'second to none' and this is due to their ability to work with clients from local companies to multinational corporates.

You will be working on a diverse and captivating caseload, meaning that no two days are ever the same.

Your work will include:

• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Venture capital and private equity
• Fundraising and equity
• Joint ventures

Requirements:

• 1 years relevant PQE minimum (there is no minimum to the amount of experience as the firm are looking to recruit at both junior and senior levels, due to the success and abundance of work coming into the department)
• Be a strong team player with excellent communication skills
• An appetite for progression
