Locum Employment Solicitor, 4+ PQE, UK wide – nine month contract available handling Employment work for Legal 500 - Holburn firm. 

JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor
PQE: 4+ years
LOCATION: Central London

THE ROLE:
This thriving national practice are seeking the assistance of an experienced Employment Solicitor/Legal Executive to assist their busy employment team on a locum basis over the next 9 months. This role will involve handling settlement agreements, providing advice on the agreements and then signing off where necessary. This role is available to commence now and so applications are sought from candidates available at short notice.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of three years of PQE in employment law, and the ability to handle settlement agreements with minimal guidance and supervision.  You will take pride in delivering exceptional client service and helping your clients to achieve their desired outcomes. Effective prioritisation, meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of empathy are all key skills for this role, alongside a strong persuasive manner.
