A rare opportunity with this national L100 firm has become available for a Construction Solicitor to join its highly regarded Construction team, initially on a 6-month fixed term contract. 

This role can be 100% home based or at the firm’s office that’s closest to you, whichever suits you. 

The caseload will be non-contentious-heavy, although there will be opportunities to work on contentious work, if desired. 

This team has an outstanding reputation in the market, advising on all areas of Construction Law, advising funders, developers, employers, contractors and consultants on issues relating to:

• Procurements
• Tendering
• Drafting and negotiating contracts
• Professional appointments
• Collateral warranties
• Bonds and guarantees
• Development agreements
• Finance and security documents

They advise on construction projects of all sizes, often working with their in-house Real Estate team on larger developments. The construction lawyers also work on specialist engineering and infrastructure contracts and are experienced in dealing with all major standard form contracts. 

With offices across the country, these construction experts are ideally located to advise both local and national clients. They can also provide support on international projects and have contacts around the globe who can help with contract issues.
