Legal Counsel & Data Protection Officer | Flexible working| Clinical Trials

Our client, a services specialist company within Clinical trials are looking for a Legal Counsel & DPO to join their team on a permanent basis. This role offers remote working, with attendance to their offices as and when required.
You will be responsible for providing legal and regulatory advice across the business and act as the company's Data Protection Officer.
Responsibilities include:

*Assisting with the management of risks and strategy of the business from a legal and regulatory perspective
*Implementing and developing the data privacy related processes
*Monitoring compliance with the GDPR, HIPAA and other applicable data protection provisions
*Managing outside counsel
*Providing training on legal and regulatory requirements as required

You will need to be a Qualified lawyer with a good understanding of the clinical trial research or similar industry experience. You will also have the ability to multi-task and be able to deliver to tight deadlines.
