I am currently recruiting for a leading legal 500 law firm who are looking to secure an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join an established team in Derby.
The Residential Conveyancing role will include:
• Handle a range of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from initial inception to completion.
• Deal with post completion matters.
• Carrying out checks.
• Complete drafting of legal documentation.
The ideal applicant will:
• 2 Years + Experience in a Fee Earning role
• Able to think quick, be proactive and super professional.
• Strong organisation skills.
• Able to deal with clients in a sympathetic and delicate manner.
• Strong ICT skills
