As a competition lawyer, you will be expected to have experience in the following areas of competition law;
- Merger Control
- Competition Litigation
- Subsidy Control (or State Aid)
- National Security and Investment
- Compliance and Regulatory
Profile
The successful competition lawyer will have trained at another reputable practice in London or the surrounding areas, and have a broad knowledge of competition law.
Due to the nature of the role it is essential you are available on short notice.
